Description

Tykkimäki season passes allow you to have lots of fun in Tykkimäki’s different parks during the parks’ opening hours, even for the whole summer. Season passes are also an excellent gift idea for all fun lovers.

 

Ordering instructions for season passes

 

1. Order and pay for the season pass of your choice in the online store. The available delivery options are post and pick-up.

2. Send the photo and name for the pass by email to huvipuisto@tykkimaki.fi. Make sure the email also includes your order number, and the delivery address for the season passes if you chose delivery by post.

3. For season passes delivered by post, the last day to order for Christmas is 12.12.2024. The season pass will be sent to your address by letter.

4. Season passes can be picked up from Tykkimäki Actionpark (Tommolankatu 9, 45130 Kouvola). We will notify you by email when your order is ready to be picked up within approximately three days of the order. For season passes ordered via pick up, the last day to order for Christmas is 19.12.2024. The order confirmation must be presented at Tykkimäki Actionpark when picking up the order.

 

Please note! For lost season passes, we charge 15 € for a new pass.

The information you have given will be saved in Tykkimäki’s customer register. Your personal data will be collected and used to process and deliver your webstore purchases, as well as for potential contacts related to your purchase. You can pay in the Tykkimäki webstore with your online banking credentials, credit card or MobilePay. All transactions are processed via Nets Netaxept. The ticket and wristband products you have ordered will be delivered to you by email, and you can then pick them up at any Tykkimäki business location’s gates or ticket booths.

If you do not pick up or use the product, Tykkimäki will not redeem it or exchange it for another product. Ticket or wristband products will not be exchanged or redeemed for weather-related reasons.

Returning and filing a complaint about a webstore product

Products purchased via Tykkimäki’s webstore have a 14-day return policy starting from the day the order was delivered to the customer. This policy does not apply to campaign products or products that are valid only during a certain day. The returned products must be fully unused and in their original condition. After the return period has lapsed, Tykkimäki will not redeem the products.

A customer can also return the products in person by bringing them to a Tykkimäkibusiness location. The physical products purchased from Tykkimäki’s webstore do not have a right of free return. The customer can return the products by post at their own cost. The products must be returned at the same time and in the same envelope.

Returned products will be processed as soon as possible. Similarly, any money for redeemed products will be returned to the customer’s bank account as soon as possible. Other complaints and notices must also be presented within 14 days of the arrival of the products. The liability for customer complaints regarding the products is limited to voiding the transaction and returning the money.

Complaints regarding faulty products must be filed immediately. However, the 14-day return policy does not apply to faulty products, and they can also be redeemed later. Primarily, the compensation offered to the customer is a similar product without any additional costs.

Problems and disruptions

Tykkimäki is not liable for problems with ordering or the delivery that are due to a third party such as the payment provider or transport company.

We reserve the right not to deliver the products if the customer has been able to order the products at a price that is essentially different from the real price due to a system error, for example. In this case, the order can be cancelled, and the order sum will be returned to the customer.

Tykkimäki is not liable for any damage caused by a force majeure. A surprising change of circumstances that could not be reasonably predicted is considered a force majeure. Tykkimäki will strive to notify its customers of any such circumstances as soon as possible.
